Dr. Stephanie Cameron obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary in Cellular, Microbial, and Molecular Biology and then completed her Medical Degree and Family Practice Residency at the University of British Columbia before moving back to work in her hometown of Trail. She is one of the founding physicians of Riverside Family Medicine Clinic and in addition to Family Medicine, she has been involved in Medical Administrative work and more recently completed her Diploma in Practical Dermatology. Dr. Cameron enjoys travelling, skiing, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Katie O’Connor was born in London, Ontario. She completed her bachelors degree in Human Kinetics at UBC. She went on to receive her medical degree from McMaster University in 2010, and completed the rural family medicine residency program at UBC in 2012. She values incorporating preventive medicine, exercise and wellness in her family medicine practice. In her spare time she enjoy exploring in the mountains, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Sarah Tucker grew up in Rossland. She acquired her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Simon Fraser University. She went on to obtain her medical degree at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and then completed her Family Practice Residency at UBC in Chilliwack, after which, she returned to the Rossland-Trail area in 2010. Dr Tucker joined the Riverside Family Medicine Clinic in 2011 and enjoys caring for the diverse needs of this amazing community. She also likes to ski and spend time with her family.

Dr. Janet Fisher completed her Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology and Genetics at the University of British Columbia. She continued at UBC for her Doctor of Medicine and completed her Family Practice Residency in 2003. She has been practicing medicine in the Trail area since 2005 and enjoys work in both the community and acute settings. She enjoys being part of this lovely community.

Melissa Mailey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, followed by a Critical Care Nursing Advanced Specialty Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She then completed her Masters of Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of British Columbia Vancouver. After working in the Cardiac Surgery department at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, where she managed the complex and diverse requirements of postoperative cardiac patients, she has recently moved back to her hometown of Trail B.C. Prior to this, she was employed in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Cardiac inpatient departments at the Kelowna General Hospital. She is excited to be back home again and to provide patient centered care to her community.
